Wayne Elstub (owner of FoodByWayne) commenced catering in 1986 and has

over 30 years experience in catering at “Sydney’s Unique Venues”. His

dedication won him numerous awards for excellence and as an accomplished

caterer, his talents for producing unique culinary experiences at some of

Sydney’s most celebrated venues, is well recognized.

From a small dinner party for 10 to a banquet for thousands, his logistical
